Holiday Message 2003

first_imgThe holidays are a time of joy and peace here in Nova Scotia, across Canada, and throughout the world. They are a time ofgiving and goodwill, a time to be thankful for the blessings inour lives and to celebrate with our families and friends. From Hurricane Juan to the spring floods, this past year broughtwith it many challenges for Nova Scotians. The people in ourprovince have always embodied the spirit of kindness andgenerosity associated with Christmas. This year, perhaps morethan others, we can be proud of the way in which we came togetherto help one another in times of need. My wife, Genesta, joins me in wishing you the happiest ofholidays and all the best for a peaceful and happy new year. Maythe blessings of the season be with you now and always. -30-last_img
