Board to Hear Closing Arguments

first_imgAn independent human rights board of inquiry will hear closing arguments in the complaint of Sue Anne Snow against the Cape Breton Victoria Regional School Board on Tuesday, June 13. Ms. Snow, a teacher’s aide, alleges the school board discriminated against her when it refused her requests to be assigned to a school in the Sydney area because her eye condition no longer allowed her to drive to work. The independent hearing is being chaired by Peter Rogers. It resumes at 10 a.m. on June 13 in the Sydney Credit Union Board Room of Cape Breton University, 1250 Grand Lake Rd., Sydney. -30-last_img
