Agadir- Mounir El Haddadi, FC Barcelona’s 19-year-old forward, has expressed his delight following his surprising call-up by Del Bosque to join the Spanish squad, which will face Macedonia in a Euro 2016 qualifying match on Monday, and as a result aborting any chances for Morocco who was also interested in securing his services. But the recent La Masia graduate and son to Moroccan parents will feel a bit disappointed after taking a look at the results of a recent survey conducted by widely-circulated Sports Spanish newspaper MARCA. The Survey suggests that Spaniards do not seem to be very excited about the arrival of Mounir El Haddadi to La Roja.MARCA asked Spanish readers via its website whether Del Bosque’s calling up of Mounir El Haddadi to play against Macedonia was a good move. The results were as following: 63, 3% voted with a No while only 36, 7% of the voters gave a favorable answer. Last week Mounir decided to play for Spain and, therefore, put an end to speculations on his future with the Moroccan national team.
