Calgary housing sales continue to slump in July

So, it’s a weaker demand environment right now. Not to say that there isn’t transactions happening, they always do occur, it’s just at a slower pace than we have seen,” said Lurie.Last month the keys to 1,741 homes changed hands, which is a drop of almost 13 per cent from the same period a year ago.Prices for apartments and condos are down just over six per cent year over year, while house prices were off about 3.5 per cent.
